We were offered super breakfasts with tasty eggs Benedict or eggs royale and avocado. The location close to the beach was lovely and incredible. Btw, it was 500 metres from Paignton Sands.

The rooms here are nicely decorated with seaview. Our hotel is set in a central location very close to bus/train stations, the Esplanade, bus station, train station, town centre and the sea front. Plus, it is relatively close to Victoria Park.

The hotel was delightful and reasonably clean, had particularly nice views of the sea. The staff was very very helpful, affable. The rooms were well-organised with a very comfy bed. The particularly good location was a 4-6 minute walking distance from Dartmouth Steam Railway.

The location convenient and perfect a near all areas of Paignton. Also - so close to nearby tourist spots such as Dartmouth- steam train from Paignton as well as also close to the bus station. Had a nice size and well-equipped room for a pleasant stay for a business trip. Very amiable and amicable staff, incredibly large beds.

My stay was very nice for a business trip. The hotel rooms were new-fashioned and generous-sized with comfortable arm chairs and a king size bed plus a dvd player. Magnificent location between the 2 beaches, all was fantastic. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the venue.

I would come here again, everything was outstanding. Exceptionally clean property, breakfast is incredible and reasonably priced. The location is ideal and marvellous, its close to the town centre and train station-including the steam train and the ferry. The room is neat and airy with comfortable bed. Excellant people are working there.
